Bakol International Trading is an independent commodity trading house headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We source, structure and deliver physical energy — natural gas, crude oil and refined products — between producers and end-users across Europe, the Middle East, the Caspian region and Asia.
The company is built on years of hands-on experience in physical energy markets: contract structuring, trade finance, logistics and counterparty relationships developed over successive market cycles. We operate with a small, senior team, which allows us to move quickly, commit clearly and stay accountable on every transaction.
Dubai gives us a natural position at the crossroads of the flows we serve, with the regulatory and banking environment required to execute them.

Bakol International Trading operates under a full trading licence in the United Arab Emirates and applies systematic KYC and sanctions screening to every counterparty, vessel and transaction. All contracts are governed by internationally recognised standards, including ICC Incoterms and GAFTA/FOSFA-equivalent industry terms where applicable.
We decline any business that cannot be executed transparently.
